Offer to Purchase

Then we bring qualified buyers and the seller to the table with an Offer to Purchase.

Negotiations

Looking for a win-win, we help buyers and sellers come to terms.

Due Diligence

Then we help both the buyer and seller with due diligence and ensure a smooth and on time closing date.

Close

We help with closing the sale and ensuring a smooth transition, also ensuring the buyer receives whatever was promised as a condition of sale. (For example, training.)

Post Close

Finally, we follow up after the transaction to check in on the buyer and seller.

About Clara Piedalue

Larkspur principal Clara Piedalue has a long career history in sales, marketing and business—much of it in the Lethbridge area.

She is a supporter of the Downtown community and currently sits as a Citizen at Large on the Heart of Our City Committee. Clara also gives back through volunteering at Crossroads Healing Center, an organization dedicated to helping people through difficult times in life.

Bringing people together in business and community is her passion. Clara launched Larkspur Business Brokers to share her passion for small business with those who could benefit from it most.
